During candidate enrolment, our team conducts thorough background checks integral to our Ouality Management System (QMS). These checks encompass competence assessment, verification of training records, reference checks, tax compliance confirmation, and more.
We ensure each placement aligns with the Agency Workers Regulations (2011) and, as an Employment Intermediary, the Employment Intermediary regulations outlined in the Finance Act 2014. We offer payroll and subcontractor invoicing options to contracting staff.
