Based in Cannock, its central UK location offers local support to its  customer base in England.

The first UK based UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory, No. 0381, for the calibration of Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Eddy Current and Phased Arrays and currently the only UKAS accredited laboratory to calibrate Thickness Meters and Transducers. Sercal NDT Equipment Ltd. offers the Non Destructive Examination Industry assurance, that they have the technical competence to work to the requirements of BS EN ISO 22232-1:2020, ASTM E317-16, ESI 98.9, BS EN 15317:2013, ESI 98.7, ESI 98.8, and ESI 98.2.

ISO IEC 17025: accredited calibration lab qualifying us as an approved supplier for the IATF 16949 requirement for the calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.

Sercal is with Oceanscan exclusive distributors in the UK and Ireland for the range of SREM consumables for various MPI inspections with fluorescent and colored PT, ultrasounds and fluorescent tracers for leak detection.

We have over 45 years’ cumulative experience in Geotechnical Operations, project engineering and planning stages giving us the ability to deliver our resources configured to suit client’s vessels and projects. Primarily as an offshore subcontractor the main ethos installed into our teams is one of safe and efficient project mobilisation and operations.
